Who we are

We’re an employee-owned electrical testing, commissioning, and consulting firm — staffed by senior IBEW Local 269 journeymen — that tests, commissions, and energizes power systems for utilities, data centers, and industrial facilities.

  • We set out to run a testing firm the way we always thought it should be run — with senior people on every job, ownership-level accountability, and the willingness to take on critical infrastructure projects.

  • Meridian is led by its three founding owners. All three are journeyman technicians working in the field.

    Together they bring more than 30 years of hands-on experience building, testing, and commissioning power systems & utility substations from 5 kV through 500 kV, and mission-critical facilities including data centers, generation plants, and pharmaceutical sites.
